Technical Support Specialist
Northwest Communications in Havelock, IA is seeking an individual for ourTech Support Department. Position is part-time with opportunity to work from home.
This individual should have knowledge of troubleshooting minor computer issues, connection, email, navigation problems associated with the internet, Wi-Fi and an overall understanding of technical services and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of Customer Premise equipment is a plus. Hours are Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm & on call every 3rd weekend 8am-4:30pm.
Training will be provided.
