Wireless Tech Position
* position is eligible to receive a Sign-On Bonus up to $2,000!

Position requires excellent customer service paired with technical ability. The position requires completing customer installations, service repair visits, on-site troubleshooting, and repair of fixed wireless equipment located on towers, building and elevators.

What We Need:

  • Someone who is comfortable being on top of a house roof (mounting an antenna), able to use a laptop, climb ladders, lift over 50lbs, able to run cable into home, enjoy working with customer. The position allows you to be home every night, with 40-hour work weeks.
  • You may be thinking, “Not sure I have the right skill set for internet work.” That’s ok and no problem! This isn’t necessarily a job you have to go to college for. More of an on the job training scenario. If you can use a laptop, IP background, able to work in the elements and good with your hands and tools such as ladders and drills. We will take care of the rest.

Some Job Duties Will Include:

  • Perform Site Surveys
  • Customer Installations which require climbing and rooftop installations
  • Configure routers and customer devices for access to fixed broadband internet services
  • Perform equipment upgrades for existing customers
  • Upgrades of fixed wireless equipment

Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, field experience preferred and a background in fixed broadband wireless internet is highly valued.


Technical Solutions Specialist

I know you are thinking, "That sounds great, but computers, servers, internet, email, firewall and routers is a lot ot know and I am not sure if I am ready to jump into that world." The truth is, the most success members aren't those that managed CISCO servers or have all the certifications in the world. We need those who have a passion for technology, teamwork, and learning. Having a foundation in working with computers, managing routers, or hosting web servers can be the spark that ignites a fire of growth, and can make a difference to our customers.

Some Job Duties Will Include:

  • Assist and communicate with customers in person, over the phone and by email.
  • Expediently answer customer calls, diagnose issues, and complete the service loop.
  • Respond to network alerts and customer issues to remediate problems in an efficient manner.
  • Install, configure, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and diagnose PCs, servers, network switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, network software, printers, and other equipment.
  • Test and implement new technologies for in-house as well as customer facilities.

Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, field experience preferred and a background in fixed broadband wireless internet is highly valued.


Combination Tech/Installer

Technology is a forever growing world and here to stay. We are growing fast and with the pandemic, everyone needs internet. This is a position we will train you to be great at. We have trained all of our technicans, and all of them have been with us for 10-15+ years.

You may be thinking, "I'm not sure I have the right skill set for internet work." That's OK and no problem! This isn't necessarily a job you have to go to college for. More of an on the job training scenario. If you can use a laptop, IP background, able to work in the elements and good with your hands and tools such as ladders and drills, we will take care of the rest!

Someone who is comfortable mounting an antenna, able to use a laptop, climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs, able to run cables into home, enjoy working with customers and we will take care of the rest. Home every night, usually 40-hour work weeks. We provide safety training and certifications.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, field experience preferred and a background in fixed broadband wireless internet is highly valued.
