Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative reports directly to Office Manager. The CSR is responsible for customer relations and public inquires on the selection and availability of services.
- Works with customers in person and over the phone.
- Ensures phone is answered professionally.
- Assists customers with billing inquires, new service requests, disconnects and special deposits
- Provides accurate and appropriate information to subscribers and callers.
- Balances cash box on a daily basis.
- Posting daily deposits.
- Sell and promote company services while dealing with new and existing customers
- Initiates service orders and trouble tickets.
- Logs and tracks troubles and service requests to subscriber accounts.
- Makes call backs to follow up subscriber requests. Follows up on all service orders and troubles to ensure satisfaction with service provided;
- Prepares delinquent notices for Customers
- Responsible for processing and mailing out balance due letters to delinquent customers for all companies.
- Work with all employees to maintain teamwork and communication among employees.
- Obtain adequate knowledge of other CSR positions to perform those duties when a CSR is absent.
Personnel Specifications
Personable with customers and other employees. Must have general knowledge of billing, balancing cash box and excellent communication skills.
Operate personal computer, 10 touch key, copy machines, fax machines, general office equipment. Establish and maintain effective working relationship with staff. Pay close attention to detail. Maintain complete confidentiality of company data.

The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Office Manager.
Works with other CSR staff. Works with other departments to provide excellent customer relations. Reports findings to Office Manager.
Establishes excellent customer relations. Represents and presents the company in a positive way to customers and other staff personnel at all times.
Physical Requirements
CSR position will be full-time. This position may include evenings and weekends. This is an hourly position.
- Lift and carry weights ranging from zero to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching and stooping.
- Possess valid driver's license.
- Frequent standing and sitting.
- Vision corrected to average.
- Frequent time in front of a computer screen.
- Ability to be mobile through various work areas.
- Ability to meet all Policy Requirements of the company.
- Frequent repetitive hand movements, grasping.
- Ability to communicate and understand required information and to perform duties.
Working Conditions
- Minimal exposure to chemicals or hazardous materials may be involved in the job.
- Extended hours may be required
- Working conditions may include moderate noise levels.
